The background you used seem like it's been taken from a "different fairy tale" then the characters are, like they were two, different styles altogether... still, the after-effect is astounding.

This is a pretty awesome image.
I noticed how Celestia's horn tip and the pink highlighting of her hair seem to align or "point to" the centre of the stone pattern that Twilight's completing. Is this intended? I'm trying to study how people compose their work, so I apologize if my question seems a bit too silly.

I always like little Twilight.
Pics like this do make me think (maybe too much) about how unicorns work in MLP cannon. Telekinesis seems to come naturally for all adult unicorns, so it seems strange that it is something that would need to be taught. It may be a developmental issue. I haven't seen Sweetie Belle use any magic, so maybe the implication is that the sooner a unicorn begins to express telekinetic ability, the greater their magical potential, and the more coaching they need in how to use it.
