Jack Sparrow: "We shall need a crossbow, an hourglass, three goats, one of us must learn to play the trumpet, whilst the other one goes like this. [waves his fingers]"Gibbs: "I know a man with a goat."

Done in two days with Photoshop CS5 and my wacom bamboo
I've tried to give a motion effect to the fingers.
Download it for the big version (that is much better in my opinion, I don't know why XD)

Oh my Lord this is fantastic. You captured his character! That's absolutely the most important part.
Captain Sparrow's face looks a little bit concaved; I might recommend looking at your cheeks and analyzing the way they flow. It's a rounder, outward curve.
But that's really nitpicking at this stage; I'm too busy laughing! Bravo, bravo!
