Wow! Beautifully rendered! The coloring is so very smooth. I absolutely love his expression too. It's so typical, and yet almost calmly subdued somehow.

Just out of curiosity... who IS your favorite character? Honestly, Sesshomaru and Shippou tie for first for me, followed by Kouga -if that doesn't beat all. *laughs*

I can imagine Jaken being intimidating to portray. In any fanfics I write I cringe at putting him in; not because I don't like him but because I don't want to portray him incorrectly or lose what makes him amusingly JAKEN. ^_^

Strangely enough Naraku is my favourite character I love his design and I always find episodes with him in more exciting and progressive to the story than those without(:

I feel the same inhibitions about quite a few characters (mostly my favourite ones) and it's a pretty strange feeling to have when you think about it. If everyone was afraid of portraying a character incorrectly then we'd hardly have any fanart or fanfiction at all so it's something I should probably work on.

I love the pose and how you made the poison light up his face... besides the obvious visual improvement to the overall color scheme, the portrayal would have seemed so...bland... with only an expressionless Sesshoumaru (his normal state ) glancing somewhere. You managed to suggest that he's still a killer behind his moko-moko and sakura-patterned clothes by adding that hint of dokkaso.

I didn't know they changed the voice actor for Sesshoumaru on Final Act. I haven't seen the dub yet. (is it even out?)

Yeah they replaced David Kaye with Michael Daingerfield
Unfortunately it isn't out just yet but it's only a matter of time seeing as Paul Dobson said on Trevor Devall's podcast that he finished dubbing his part in December! I can't wait
