When I was doing the design I was thinking which animal next I should base on...
Then I saw the "Penguin holding the Gun" I laughed so much that I had to design characters with penguins haha.
I really had fun designing this!

Option personalities for the Penguins:

Glasses Penguin: This penguin was about to be remove from the training program because it's bad eye sight, because of that it's causing lots of mistakes. On the day of dismissing this penguin someone approach it and gave it a pair of glasses, and ask the Trainer in charge to give it another chance, with so the penguin's performance improved with that this penguin graduated the program. Use too much dynamites more than necessary.

Silent Penguin: A merciless and obedient penguin who will follow any orders from it's Master and finish the mission no matter what. The red scarf was a given from it's master and cherish it very much. It's expression doesn't change at all, it seems the master only understand how it feels and understand how it thinks. A professional assassin. Capable using any weapons.

Problematic Penguin: Penguin still in training, causes a lot of trouble, picks a fight other penguins in training. and almost blown the trainer into bits when this penguin accidentally get's a hold grenade. This penguin been given to someone to train it till it's suitable to graduate. (Rumors says, trainers gave up and they just don't want to deal with it) The Master notice the penguin having a hard time memorizing it's orders, So the master gave it headphones to make sure to remind the penguin's orders.
