Description Another character I made up in City of Heroes. Jacklight's actually changed quite a bit since I first came up with the character, originally he was an energy blaster that looked like a normal human, but then I changed his look to the blue skin and somewhat demonic features...then changed him to a fire controller...but he still can generate small energy blasts (hence the glowie hands).

Nice work! I like the design of the character and the feeling of motion that you get across. I also like how you carred through the lighting effects like you did. Excellent work! Very well done!

Thanks! I wanted to try something a bit more dynamic than my typical pinup stuff, so I'm glad a sense of motion comes across.

It really comes across well man. Though to be fair, I've found a LOT of your stuff to have a real dynamism to it, whether in terms of giving the image some motion or in terms of composition and colour.

Heh, thanks. I think coloring usually brings something to the pic, but I dunno...far too often I draw things in the standard 'stand around and posing' pose, and I need to break away from it.

I dunno--I only find that hampers my enjoyment of your work if I *notice* the "stand around" pose, and I've never felt like your work relied on it overmuch--there's always something going on that keeps it fresh.

Yeah, few other people have mentioned the resemblence too, but it's just a coincidence...I didn't even notice it until someone said something the first time.

Thanks though!
