Things get a little desperate and a little rough in front of the net during a pro-game back in February between the Grizz and the Bulls. The shot ended up a little more centered than I would like, but I suppose it sort of works.I love my job, and I'm very fond of the athletes I work with. Actually, there is a gesture in hockey called "snowing the goalie" that is considered very disrespectful and will land you in a heap of trouble with the other team.Β

Some of them, perhaps.Β It's hockey...even when it seems there are no rules you find out pretty quickly there is an unspoken code of conduct the players enforce entirely on their own.Β I've been around a lot of sports, and I have to say hockey has the most complex social structure and mechanics I've ever come across.
