I found a whole folder of old sketches -heavily breathing-
going to finish some of them or ..maybe /later
but I HAD to finish this picture, meme redrawing, since it's MOOD forever

Neon is a kitty with big hands and long claws. uwu
I still keep this version of her design as a mascot
She is an ideal victim to be a mascot, as Neons don't have a clearly expressed will and don't even speak
..and another version of the design will be for the story ++
I must make normal references or at least more concepts OTL
