This ReWrite takes place at the Ending of the Champa Tournament Arc! Goku was able to counter Hit's Time Skip sure, but he was pushing himself to do so while in Super Saiyan 3, as such though he could counter and go even with Hit, he would've ran out of stamina! Goku decides to transform into Super Saiyan God Blue when Hit pulls of a Time Skip, pushing him way off balance, he powers up to increase his speed and strength so his Time Skip is more effective! But it's not working as intended! At this point Goku seems to gain the upperhand, until Hit pulls a last ditch effort and improves his Time Skip, turning the tables!

Goku is able to gain some sort of ground even with a 2/10s of a second Time Skip! But Hit never stopped improving, catching Goku in a Time Skip Molotov Attack, and that time Hit skipped Half a Second! Pulling out all the stops Goku decides to risk it all by utilizing a technique he hasn't used in a long time : The Kaio-Ken!
Goku just barely manages to pull it off, and with only a x2 multiplier Goku is able to move so fast Hit can't follow him at all! Then Goku pushes this even further, utilizing a Super Saiyan God Blue Kaio-Ken x10!
Just like that Hit didn't stand a chance against Goku, during the fight Hit was able to improve his Time Skip more, but he couldn't improve it fast enough! Hit also sustained a lot of damage through Goku's Kamehameha attack! Ultimately, Hit was overwhelmed and defeated, and just in time too!
Even with this defeat, Hit has a newfound respect towards Goku for helping him improve his technique more than he thought possible! Goku also showing gratitude towards Hit for a good fight! But as soon as Goku powers down, the Kaio-Ken takes it's toll! Goku wasn't ready for the backlash of Kaio-Ken, so he'll be sore for a while!
In conclusion, Universe 7 is victorious : and now Lord Beerus wins the 6 Super Dragon Balls! Although of course Champa isn't happy about this loss, and even threatens to destroy his own team....until....

So I made Goku take the win here because A.) Super Saiyan God Blue was lacking impact and victories where it can stable itself as a good and iconic transformation! Sometimes even simple straightforward victories are good enough! B.) Logically speaking, there's no real reason as to why Hit should be able to improve his Time Skip so much to the point it counters Goku's Kaio-ken x10 when he couldn't even begin to follow a x2, especially in a short amount of time! Sure he may be able to improve it to put up a fight but no where even close to defeating Goku!
Furthermore it saves Monaka for a later date! [If you misinterpret that I will freaking Gohan punk slap you like he did with that universe 6 namekian Saonel]
