Yep, I thought the West Supreme Kai was a nice design so Meriah at first was going to be a recolor (I also went with the idea a Supreme Kai or Kaioshin at the time that Cole was given a power boost to help bust his allies and Sly out of trouble, but was later rethought and turned into a female since it would've been a complete Male cast), but luckily I changed up her design (Was based off of Super Dragon Ball Heroes actually) to what she looks like todayI DO NOT OWN THIS PICTURE IN TRUTH, IT WAS JUST RECOLORED, CREDIT TO OFFICIAL SOURCE
