Description
This is just completely random. I started making a cannon, then I thought it would be cool to make it firing, then I mounted in on a submarine and stated messing with the sky, when I put the rainbow sky in it just struck me as really ironic to have a war scene with a rainbow. Then I remember those gay little cartoon bear from way back when, and thought it would be even funnier to draw one of them in camo and make some sort of propaganda statement out of it adding to the irony.
