お誕生日おめでとうございます麗さん！！！

Today, 9th of June, is the birthday of Uruha, one of the guitarists of The GazettE. And I've seen him in the flesh The sexy delicious flesh... I was so excited to draw Uruha for several reasons, one being that now I have completed my first band The GazettE is now complete! I've drawn them ALL!!! I was also really excited to draw his lips, because Uruha has AMAZING lips, but I was really afraid in case I didn't do them well. They're not quite right, but I think I did them justice.

So, this took four hours. His hair took an hour by itself for just the basic hair and none of the fiddly bits like around the shoulders or on the face. That was so hard to do. When I was drawing his nose I had to shade that whilst not getting in the way of the hair and making that go where it was meant to... So hard. But I'm really proud of it. It looks SO MUCH like Uruha but, as usual, NOTHING LIKE what he looks like in THIS picture. I think he looks like an older Uruha than the age he was in the photo. And the expression is totally different, the original one was kinda cute but mine ended up sorta sultry and sexy, which I think is fine
