Thanks. It's easy with large and easy recognizable objects, like this elephant. But once you start using small elements or people, hidden picture is not that clear and you have a choice to map patterns and faces, which give you obvious clues in 2D.

Yes, they use to be a big craze in the '90 and you are right, some people like to use stereograms for meditations.

count me in on the meditation part and i'm quite lucky that i was so fascinated with those magical-eye-pictures back in the 90ies - thus i don't have to learn neither the parallel- nor the cross-eyed-view
