Yeah, Strangled Red, an unpopular Pokemon creepypasta (I think). The only creepypasta that I actually have enjoyed reading and wanted to see more of it.

I kinda drew Steven's eye in a different style, I just couldn't decide which one looked better to me.

(I know the hand looks a little weird but I couldn't do it better right now.)
