Paws. I had paws now. No hands, no feet, just paws. I continued to stare at my feet and winced as they changed and grew tearing apart my socks to bits. I had to move. I couldn’t just stay in the same place. I don’t know why, but I had to. I had positioned myself to get up, but it hurt. It hurt so much. Everything felt extremely sensitive and touching anything sent my nerves into a frenzy.

I felt a tingling in my ears as well. I would have reached up to feel if they had changed at all, but my mind was all over the place. Not only did my body hurt, but I couldn’t think straight. There was only one clear thing on my mind: I was becoming an animal.

As I tried to move, a sudden rush of pain came over me. The pain so far had hurt, but this was so intense. I felt like I was on fire and burning all over. I fell over and screamed in pain. My insides felt like they were burning. It felt just like it had felt when I touched Arctic’s tail: a cold burning sensation. I did what I could to endure the pain, but it was just so much. I felt tears roll down my face as the pain continued to rush over me.

I lowered myself to the ground in hopes that would help. My body continued to feel like it was burning, and my mind continued to race. I felt so weak and helpless; I couldn’t even talk. I uttered out what few words I could hoping that it would help. “Hurts… so much. Can’t…” Just then I heard Arctic’s voice. I had nearly forgotten he was even there.

“You can choose to stop this now,” he said. With a brief pause he added, “Are you sure you want to continue?” Could I really stop this if I wanted to?

Hey! This comic is back! Been busy with school and stuff, but now that I'm on break I will be getting back to working on this Not a lot of progress on this page, but yay for ears now! What in the world am I turning into?
