I wanted to include all of the background, but it was so long (height wise) that I thought it lost the effect of portraying "Survival", so I cropped it into a square...I went out and took this shot before the snow hit. I didn't spend too long outside, but it was utterly freezing, regardless. I really can't wait until Summer is here. I'm normally a Winter person, but I swear this year is harsher than last.
I'm also not feeling particularly inspired. I've got loads and loads of photos waiting to be uploaded, don't get me wrong. I just... I don't have that spark right now, so here is something pretty generic...
The noise is intentional.

I really like how you named this, it suits the photo really well c: And of course the photo itself is really beautiful, I like how there are dark and lighter, soft shades in it, that contrast gives a nice edge to it

This is really nice,the blurred background really drew my eyes in towards the plant,and gives the emphasis of it being by alone.Very nice!
