Description
A grim tragedy has fallen upon the Crystal Gems. The kitten that Steven and Garnet have adopted has fallen ill, and no attempt to remedy the sickness has worked. Just when it seems things couldn’t get any worse, a dark vortex appears before the Gems! Through it arrives a dark shape, The Grim Reaper himself! He has come to take the kitten, but Steven and the Crystal Gems refuse to part with the newest member of their family!
Before Grim can forcefully take the kitten, two other beings come through the vortex, two kids named Billy and Mandy! They claim to be “friends” of Grim, and want him to come with them, but Grim protests that it’s his job to take the kitten. So Mandy suggests a wager between Grim and the Gems, similar to their own wager that started their “friendship” with Grim. Billy and Mandy will scatter thirteen objects from Grim’s supernatural trunk across the world and underworld, and Steven and the Crystal Gems will be pitted against Grim in a scavenger hunt that will take them to the ends of the earth and beyond.
If the Gems win, than they get to keep their kitten. But should Grim win, then he not only gets the soul of the kitten, but gets to claim the souls of all the Crystal Gems as well! Billy and Mandy soon realize that much more is at stake than just the Gems and kittens souls, for if Grim can collect the soul of an immortal, he will be powerful enough to break free from his servitude to Billy and Mandy!
Now Steven and the Gems are in for a race against time, for if they don’t succeed in their quest, they will all meet a fate most Grim...

This June 13th is the anniversary for the solo show premiere of The Grim Adventures Of Billy And Mandy, so to celebrate, I’ve drawn a crossover between it and one of my other favorite Cartoon Network shows, Steven Universe! Featuring Pearl, Garnet, Amethyst, Steven, and Connie, all watching in fear as Grim is about to reap them! All the while, Billy and Mandy look on in ignorance and apathy, respectively.
