Haha, a bit?? XD Tezuka was an expert at strong graphical character designs, having worked so much in simple black and white.
It helps to have tools/media that you can be really comfortable with especially for more long-term projects like Inktober..

Yeah, the man inspired pretty much every Japanese comic artist since! It's no wonder why his presence is still felt in the industry! He was quite a singular individual!
But you definitely made the look your own, and that you have managed to become comfortable using media without "ctrl-Z" just makes it all the more impressive!
