T’Pol dozed peacefully against his shoulder. Trip gently rocked the swing thinking about how the Tucker’s had always had a porch swing.

Swinging with his Grandmother, Trip learned about the man he wanted to be. With his Mother, Trip learned the manners of a southern gentleman. However one Saturday afternoon with his Father, Trip learned about the birds and the bees. A life changing conversation.

T’Pol had questioned his priorities moving-day, when the swing was the first thing to be installed. Trip knew family life revolved around a porch swing, it wouldn’t take his wife long to figure this out.
