Description Floris is loving and hugging his so called "spookjes" for 7 years now...and it is to be seen...

Due to his kidney-disease he has been in the hospital way too many times but his "spookjes" always went along.[link]
One in his right hand the other in the left; his buddies were there to comfort him when he got his IV's.
He dried his tears with his buddies..he sleeps with them.
In short: this is the treasure of a very brave 7 year-old.....

they are so strange looking but lovely at the same time. A really special reminder of those things that make us feel safe as children, you must keep this for when he is older

I sure will...
He's so attached to them but they are soooo damaged at this moment. (took this picture a year ago?)
I'll have to put them away otherwise there will be nothing left.

Very beautiful photo with a lot of meaning behind it.
Had to wipe away a tear because the story reminds me of my godchild.
She was a pre-mature and has very weak lungs.
2 months ago she had to receive a punction because she was having pneumonia.
She came alright, but has to be on a breathing device a lot.
