Dude, this is like some kind of new faction emerging into the Eve Universe and taking everyone else by surprise. As deathisheaven said, you might be tempted to underestimate a ship that looks like that, only to be surprised by its shields and weapons.

I disagree with the comments about how this seems as though it is about to fall apart. EVE is, after all, set in a fictitious universe. The lights draw the eye, influencing the curves, shape and detail of the ship. The gaps, though perhaps this is because I play Halo too much and this reminds me of the Covenant ships on that game (most of them do, so this isn't saying much), are likely filled with a strong, durable glass; that which is resistant to damage from bullets and lasers.
Overall this is, in my opinion, an advanced design not considered by others because it 'looks as though it would fall apart'. To the people with that opinion, I suggest you consider this: in a real life situation, anyone seeing this ship for the first time would assume it fragile and an easy obstacle, perhaps even not worth attacking. Imagine their surprise when they are suddenly attacked by weapons to rival their own! If I had the opportunity, this is certainly a star ship I would consider.

i like the design but the ship seems that is going to fall apart. gives the impression the plates are all separating and disassembling the ship :S

No, I meant he should increase the dimensions, because 100x50x50 is the size of a frigate, and they should be more like 200x100x100 or whatever since it would make a good cruiser.

the ship holds a very powerful energy core that is protected by the shell. The structure can easily hide the devastating gunnery and can reshape depending on the needs (speed, damage, defense).

Again it's a great concept, maybe in a few years there'll be t4 ships that would actually transform.
