Description
I love having time to draw, so I'm kind of doing some experimenting with slightly different ways of doing lineart and shading
I am training a thoroughbred irl at the moment and he has plenty of energy, and when I loose schooled him he went crazy so I thought I could draw a similar scene
This pose was so hard to pull off, but I managed it just about I also realised that I haven't added bounce light in my digital work so I remembered this timeCredits:

how do you get such lovely shading without it looking all gray??

I don't ever use black, grey or white to shade, I use colour, in this drawing I shaded with dark green and did highlights with a very light orange, if that helps?
