I think that the "spirit" of Madara is in Tobi, so I have drawn the mangekyo.
Probably Tobi's body is not the old body of Madara. ^^

Tobi didn't show his mangekyo yet so how d'ya know it is Madara? He didn't even show his face... only the sharingan and he told us he is Madara. So what? Madara's old... too old...

you know he did admit that he's madara, and unless you completely read the manga, you can't judge.

What did I say? "and he told us he is Madara." But we don't know if he is Madara because we have only his word.

We also have Itachi's word, because he HELPED Itachi to murder the Uchiha clan. Not only that but he can control all of the demons, can turn transparent, has powers beyond what the others know, has spoken of things only Madara would know and has the Sharingan.
And no, you can't say that it's Obito, because Obito's left side was crushed, therefore he cannot have an eye in his left socket... or for that matter have an un-crushed left side or an eye in his right eye since Kakashi has it.
It also cannot be Shisui, since Itachi killed him and Danzo got his eyes.
Who else could it be? No one. Since Madara was the one to leave the village after his defeat at the hands of the 1st never to be seen again. He is the one known to have powers to keep him alive long past what he should be.
Refute those points.
