I don't think it's possible to get results like this shooting 1/60 at a focal length of 400mm; not handheld anyway. Are you simply using a tripod and praying a lot or do you have a better strategy?

I swear it's 100% handeld, been shooting with a Canon 100-400 L and a Sigma 50-500 for like 5 years.

OK, I'm impressed. With that type of body control you might also find work as a sniper for the local police force.
