You didn't request critiques but I hope you don't mind this
Not that I know much or any better than you do.
As for the expressions, I believe you got them perfectly done, to be honest. And the title fits well.
But I suggest you take the shot from a slightly higher angle to give the feeling of being trapped, or slightly lower like you're exploding out of something/somewhere.
Also try including a tight fist, or a random hand move to manifest uncontrollable rage.
The edit is great too, expect, bokeh is is giving it a glittery feel .. like ' pretty anger '?
Colors are a bit bright for an angry theme I guess, blue works well though if it was.. perhaps a bit darker or dull.
Overall, I do like it!

hehe of course i dont mind and thx for the critique
the bokeh was from the pic itself hehe i didnt add
them and i see it as light cuz it expresses what i was
feeling if u can see ina there r different expressions
so its a mixture bas rage is the most expression
showing becuz im trying to control the rage by being
calm (light colors) but its showing anyway.
