Description For the hundredth time that day, Lee Jinki replaced the cold washcloth on Jung Min Ji's forehead. Her fever still hadn't broken and he was worried. He'd already called the band's personal doctor who was sworn to secrecy about all of it, and either way, he would have called any doctor he could have. He'd diagnosed the flu, but it wasn't contagious anymore.

Suffering from symptoms including soreness in every muscle in her body, slight nausea, migraines, fever, sore throat and coughing, Min Ji had caught a nasty bug. It was a very nasty bug indeed. Her shivers were still prevalent and Jinki sat there without so much as a clue of how he could help. She was still only half-conscious, he didn't even really think she knew he was there in the first place. It was okay though, he'd stay until she got better. He promised her and himself that.

It wasn't long before he had leaned against the wall beside her bedding set and drifted off to sleep.

"And we hereby declare you, Lee Jinki, vice president of our planet." The piece of fried chicken announced in front of millions, if not billions of people made of chicken and he took his mighty chicken bone staff from the self-standing poultry.

"Thank you so much, sir!"

"Jinki-oppa?

"Huh?" Was that Min Ji calling his name?Β Β It sounded like her...

"Jinki-oppa, wake up..."

Jinki's head snapped up almost violently, seeing two brown eyes staring at him, half of Min Ji's face hidden by her bedspread and pillow.

"Jiji-ah...you're awake."

"And a famous pop star is in my apartment. What're you doing here?" She asked, followed by a raspy cough. Jinki sighed, scooching over to sit beside her. "Seriously, why?"

"I heard you were sick from one of your coworkers so I rushed right over. The doctor said you're not contagious anymore. Judging by the lack of any unhealthy color on your skin, your fever probably broke during the night." He mumbled softly and she nodded.

"Was I that sick that you called a doctor on me?"

"You were. You looked awful, quite frankly."

"And probably still do. I need a bath..." She said and sighed ruefully.

Suddenly, a thought popped into Jinki's mind. Of course, not without a well-earned smirk. "You know, if you need one, I think you might still be dizzy. I can help you, if you want." He said and Jiji huffed, hitting his knee playfully.

"No, thank you. You're turning into a pervert, Jinki-oppa..." She mumbled and sat up a little further. "And you said I'm not contagious?"

"Not contagious whatsoever." He said, "I promise." And sealed that promise by leaning over and pecking her lips sensually, "And if I get the flu, it's from someone else." He said and nodded. "At least let me walk you to the bathroom?"

"You could help me with that, sure." She nodded, letting him help her up and they walked with her hand in the crook of his elbow to the bathroom.

"Alright, I'll be in the kitchen once you're done, okay?" Jinki murmured as he hugged her again, and he could feel her nod into his shoulder.

*~*~*~*~*

After around half an hour, she went into the kitchen, seeing him hard at work preparing a meal. She couldn't help but wrap her arms around his midsection from behind.

"Thank you for everything. Even when I looked so horrid..."

"No one's perfect, Jiji-ah." He said, turning and kissing her once again.
