This here's Big Willie. He's representing ATL and is Heather Fujiwara/Mikado's right-hand man and enforcer. He's fiercely loyal to Heather and will do anything to help her accomplish her goals. He's the Billy Kane to Heather's Geese Howard--if Billy were as big as Raiden/Big Bear, that is.

He's rowdy, loud and likes to fight. But don't let that fool you. This man survived the 2nd Iraq War and he does NOT play around. In Jyukenshi he gives Gale Dragonheart and Delia Chen the business. He catches Gale's big-ass Not Buster Sword and flings your boy away like a rag doll before pummeling Delia with his fists and feet. His hands are rated "E" for "Everyone". After running fades on Gale and Delia, Antonio and Mizuki show up fresh from fighting Scott, Merlin and Galahad across town and it takes both of them just to drive Willie away for the day.

Part of the reason Willie's so strong is that he's basically Black Colossus. That is, he has Chōjin Powers that turn his skin metallic. This ability helped him survive the War. He also has Super Strength and is one of the strongest characters behind Antonio and Huitzil. As a Chōjin, part of him hates having to work for Pax Scientia, especially since he has to lie about his powers (saying they're artificial) to fool Deus Mortem and Darwinius Maximus.

But his loyalty to Heather is what drives him. Like so many vets, Willie found civilian life difficult after the War. He bounced around from job to job until no one would hire him--no one, except Heather, that is. Heather treats Willie very well and pays him more than enough to support himself. That's why he's more than happy to do as she asks, especially if he can help bring down Pax Scientia.

Design-wise, I based him off Billy Kane and Heavy Duty from G.I. Joe. Originally he was going to use a staff but I thought an axe would hit better. I imagine him playing like a slightly smaller Astaroth (Soul Calibur) if he were a FG character.
