Description Once again I collaborated on the design with my friend, check out her version!

Dragon Dash to go along with my Griffon Dash 0:


We went with a long slim body for aerodynamicness and flexibility.

She only has scales on her head and underbelly for protection, the rest is feathers because scales are heavy and would make flying much more difficult and slow.

This is also why we gave her feathered wings! They are much better for flying.

Can I just say that I love that neck of hers? Like, OMG. So often I see dragons/reptilian creatures with slim, almost swan-like necks. While I have no quarrels with such designs, it's rare to see a reptilian creature with a thick reptile neck, where the neck and head merge flawlessly. Example: ichef.bbci.co.uk/naturelibrary…

Hmm, I was thinking somewhere in the middle... probably bigger than the teenage dragons we've seen, but not fully grown.

Since I'm pretty sure Lauren Faust once said she imagined the Mane 6 to be around 20 yrs old, they'd be young adults... So I think that's an appropriate size, maybe :b

Oh yes....I'd pay good money to see something like that on the show!

Just got another idea--GiantDragon!Mane Six go into the Changeling Kingdom; cue scene of Chrysalis freaking out thinking they've come for revenge...and then we cut to a Changeling village, and see the GiantDragon!Mane Six playing with the Changeling kids. :3

Ha, that would be awesome. Chrysalis storms to balcony of her castle to see what is the noise, and seeing Mane 6 in giant dragon forms, changeling children laughing and climbing up their giant forms and sliding down. And Twilight casually picking up the queen with her giant fingers saying something like, "You have no objections about us spending holidays here, right?"

Fluttershy would be extremely concerned about the tiny changelings, Pinkie Pie and Applejack just having fun with them, gently lifting them up and letting them climb up their bodies. Rainbow Dash would pick up some changeling guards and intimidate them while they sit on her palm. Rarity on the other hand is mostly indifferent to all this.
Twilight, smiling and holding the queen between thumb and forefinger, "Oh, this is nothing, you should see Cadence. She asked that size changing spell make her even bigger than us, I can't imagine why..." Β

[Oh, brilliant! Queenie must be sweating bullets. Though I think Dragon!Rarity would warm up to the hatchlings eventually--not even she can resist cuteness. Maybe she'll get some of them to style her mane or massage her back? )
