A collage of Mistress Mugan from the Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness episode "A Tigress Tale", where she temporarily imprisons Master Tigress and tries to keep her as the Garnet Palace's new top warrior. Despite her being a fish, she's surprisingly a highly skilled master of kung fu. She was voiced by April Winchell, who also voiced characters such as Sylvia from Wander Over Yonder, and is the current voice actress of Disney character Clarabelle Cow.
