What if after failing to permanently recruit Tigress as the Garnet Palace's top warrior, Mistress Mugan decides to recruit her own Furious Five to rival that of Master Shifu's? Here's my possible members for Mugan's Furious Five:

Jing Mei- Making a visit to the Qidan Clan, Mugan offered Temutai the opportunity to teach his young nephew the ways of kung fu, knowing that she needed some brute strength to go against Po. Makes sense, considering Jing Mei wasn't really all that great at kung fu like his uncle was.

Su- Losing her position as leader of the Ladies of the Shade after being tied up and left in the bamboo forest, Mugan ended up finding her and had her assistants set her free. In return for the freedom, Su chose to be a part of Mugan's Furious Five.

Meng Tao- Locked up in Chorh-Gom Prison for conspiracy and treason against the then Prince Lu Kang (now emperor), Mugan assisted in breaking him out while offering the former royal emissary lessons in kung fu and revenge on Po for aiding in his defeat.

Kira- Having travelled to Japan, Mugan found Kira running from a group of Japanese soldiers who were trying to turn him in for going against the country. To save him from prison, Mugan defeated the soldiers with her kung fu, and in humbling gratitude, Kira agreed to join her Furious Five. This makes him the only Japanese member of Mugan's Five.

Scorpion- Needing someone to counter Master Mantis's medical expertise, Mugan visited the lair of Scorpion, the formerly well-respected doctor of the Valley of Peace turned villainous arachnid. She was offered to be Mugan's medic and army builder, and of course the arachnid took up the offer.
