Making this one quick because out of time.
Meet Mason, former resident of Middleton A.R.F. That's an unpleasant coincidence, the acronym spelling "arf" when they actually do experiments on more than just dogs. We're not exactly sure what Mason's DNA is made up of. Officially he's a hybrid of poodle, chihuahua and fennec. Regardless the story is he was intentionally released to introduce a new form of rabies into the suburbs. What wasn't known was that the virus wasn't actually injected into him, but the vaccine. Too much paperwork, too long shifts, it happens.
Anyway, Mason was adopted by Milo's guardian and the trouble began shortly thereafter. See that rat-like tail? That's not Mason's original tail at all. Milo fought Mason tooth & nail from day one causing Mason to scratch all the furniture he could and managed to always blame it on Milo to the point where Milo was declawed. Milo never forgave Mason for this and while Mason was chasing him one day, Milo ... did some things which resulted in Mason's tail having to be surgically replaced. Yes, I'm too squeamish to write what happened right now. Maybe later.
Anyways, so now that Mason has a prosthetic tail and Milo has no claws, they called an official truce so as not to get kicked out of their home. But every so often, Mason will taunt Milo, complimenting or stroking Milo's fluffy tail, threatening to rip it off, without actually saying it.
...
So that's Mason, the canine thing. XD Mason was designed by my buddy, and is my first AND ONLY adopted character. XD
