- Payment up front. No refunds after the payment has been finalised. Payment must be finalised within 24 hours after you've been notified you've won the auction, unless otherwise arranged.

- Deadline: 48 hours after the highest bid has been placed.
- Highest bidder gets the full resolution unwatermarked reference.
- You are not allowed to redistribute the unwatermarked pics we stash for you. They are solely for reference purposes.
- You cannot RESELL the character for points or money, but you can give them as gifts, prizes or trade them for other adopts.
- You can modify the design and rename the character.
- You cannot claim the designs as your own and you have to credit us for them at least the first time they're drawn.
- All art created is a collaboration between YamiLegendRider and Kassandra-21 .
