It may be some kind of Iochroma from Solanaceae family.

I've been trying to discover that for years , It's a most
wonderful shrub/plant , we've had one growing in
the garden for many years , now 5 metres high with
abundant flowers from spring to autumn .

I've noticed, that your plant resembles Datura a bit and that's how I discovered the Solanaceae family.

they're abou 40 milimeters .
very slight scent .
not evergreen .
