Another Felix the Cat character redesign! This time it's Skippy, or as I renamed him, Skipper.
He's from the obscurish baby Felix anime, although since my canon doesn't take place in Felix's childhood, I've made him grown up. And it seems he's a bassist now as well. He's also probably the only character from the anime I'll bring back.
