An older drawing I finally wanted to finish.
Focalor is still my favourite djinn equip. I just love the colour-scheme, the dark feathers, the tattoo-like markings, the little horns and the demonic middle eye.
I'd say I can't wait for FocalorSin's appearance in the last arc, but Magi has lost most of its appeal to me by now. It's very clichΓ©, very predictable and very shounen. I actually still love Sinbad but at this point in the story, I just can't be bothered to care about anything.
Hmm, you know, I've drawn Focalor!Sin before but since I'm not so confident at drawing men in so little clothing, I used Kougyoku so I could hide Sin behind her the two other times, eheh... 8'D

Secondly I totally understand what you mean with magi lately, it really lost it's appeal and charm that it used to have which made me very sad tbh.
And that said I actually love Shounen but this is just not magi to me anymore? I still follow it because of Sinbad actually and because I used to love
it so much, since it's the last arc I feel like I can do this but I also tend to be.. I don't even know? It feels off. Okay enough of that.
Same with Sin and Focalor equip as well actually haha.
And at last, because I want this comment to end on a positive note,
I totally understand you with being uncomfortable with drawing 'naked' men, but you have no need to hide them, wow, it looks great!
I love how his jewellery around his shoulders and chest also has so much moving in it, since it's so detailed I can imagine it's easy for it to get
stiff fastly, trying to keep in everything. I love how you used this colour scheme and how his hair/feathers get lighter at the tips.
His face also looks gorgeous and exactly like him!

Exactly. At first I thought maybe I just had too high hopes for the last arc, but it all feels... off somehow. The characters, their motivations, the way Ohtaka makes stuff happen, it all feels rushed and out of place.
Focalor is just too gorgeous, haha.
Thank you so much! I must admit that the fact this drawing is getting so little attention makes me think that it sucks and I shouldn't have posted it all. I'm so sorry. I know I shouldn't look at the stats and shouldn't care but I'm dumb like that.
So yeah, I'm telling you this because I want you to know that your words mean a lot to me! They just gave me confidence, so thank you! I'm gonna practice anatomy more to get even better at drawing men and also try to get better at drawing jewelry.

Ahaha, I think there isn't much you've missed, the pacing is quite slow and there's a lot of dumb shounen talk in the latest few chapters.
