Spoiled boy from one,
You are still standing when the bloodbath's done.
Even though you spend your downtime
spearing little girls,
Your are still my favorite tribute

It's not really possible to take a person's head off with just one arrow.But in the book Katniss actually shot Marvel in the throat, and he drowned in his own blood.
