Oh mai.... I finally finished this! This took me quite some time... but I'm pretty satisfied with the result. Their armor design is not actually the one I had in mind. Oh well, I'm planning to make character sheets for them.Anyway, this piece features three heroes of the Ashterian race. Their names are (from right to left): Ignithus, Pyros and Asher. Yes, their names are based on fire. The first hero; Ignithus wields actually two axes, Pyros is the hero with a mount (mount not included in this picture
) and Asher has a large sword.Allrighty, time for a history lesson
History
At the dawn of the great war of [insert world name here], the demon lord created his evil army; the Ashterians. With his dark magic, the demon lord brought lava to life. These lava creatures took skulls and metal to complete their dreadful appearance and made weapons and vehicles of it. The demon lord's army was ready for war. The war was long and bloody and many fell victim to the demon lord. Eventually the lord was defeated by four powerful warriors and the Ashterians remained.
Although this race has a heart for battle, some of them grew tired of the endless warfare and left to live peacefully with the other races. The new established king became furious upon hearing this and banished every Ashterian that had contact with outsiders. Not even one of the great heroes was spared.
That banned one is Asher. He found a little orphan of another race and trained her to be a great warrior. King was not amused. So, there's vacancy open now~!
New hero needed.
Race: Ashterian
Kills: 500. At least.
Social skills: Not needed
Battle style: Don't care, as long as it's awesome and kicks asses.
Special requirments: A ninja would be nice. Ninja's are awesome.

Op zich zijn de kleuren prima, misschien een textuur op de achtergrond en de contrast omhoog schroeven en het is perfect.

Looks really cool, but maybe you could have put some darker shadows in there, to make the Ashterians look a little bit more bad. And besides that, then the glow of the lava would seem brighter.
Great poses and character design. Looks really neat. Though I can't help but wonder to who the hair on the right belongs.
Sorry for me whining about your art. Anyway, I think you're getting better with every piece you make. Continue s'il vous plaît.

Thanks for the tips. The lava was really hard and I tried to avoid makin' it too shiny xD but maybe it's a little bit to dark right now.
The hair belongs to Ignithus with the ram skull
Naah it's okay ^^ when you're working a long time on one piece, you don't see small errors anymore. Like, for example, the hair. I know to whom that hair belongs... but can the viewer see it? xD
