Another piece done for my school project "Meatphorical Masks". It shows how the mask and the face are woven together, one cannot cope without the other. Soft pastels.Related content

Wow! This is a great piece! I like the concept. Did you actually do two separate works, cut them into strips and weave them together? Or is it all on one support? When I first looked at it, it reminded me of Chuck Close's work - [link]

Thanks, yeh, it was done as two seperate pieces. Both A2. I really should have tried it out before I set to cutting the two pieces into strips, haha, but I think I achieved what I wanted.
