8D I finally got around to actually start and finish this.
The character is Andromeda the necromancer, she belongs to ~metalgoddess029 P:

I'm rather pleased with the lineart... though the color job... definately shows how rusty I am at my art @_@
I haven't been working on much art lately but I had wanted to do a gift art for her since she did one for me awhile ago and wanted to give something back, but never felt the inspiration till one day while I was browsing the net and I guess my Kuga avi art also helped a bit ^^'

Anyhow this took forever to finally complete... I curse myself for the many lines of hair that I drew... >.> plus I was rather hesitant in coloring since I wasn't sure if I'd beable to get the right colors or not. :/

Anyhow... Line art was drawn out with graphite pencil, inked in black ball point pen, colored with prismas, colored pencils, crayola twistables and given the glowiness in gimp. P:

I'm rather happy that I now have access with a scanner. though it's my sister's and her computer is a bit slow >.>
