Ardi was created with Softimage 2012 and rendered with mental ray "both robots".The final composition of the passes and colour correction was done in Photoshop cs5

i agree with Chofni1996 the old one, has way better textures, i believe that it takes all the looks, while the other one, its a little simple, but, great render and idea. well done!!

I cant help but agree. My character "Ardi" is over 3 years old now, the steampunk version is actually the first to have any textures, I suppose for future reference the odd dirt/ scratch textures on the original Ardi cant hurt.

I think both models look wonderfully,but I have to say the old school one has the best textures.it looks marvelous nice job with the render and textures.would love to see another transformer like model,cheers
