My second attempt at photomanipulation, for a contest using stock.

They are only born once every few centuries. The Lords of the present age, search for them yearly, in hopes that one might be born within their borders. If one is found she is imediately taken from her mother's breast and raised under strict tutalage by these rulers. The power she wields is amazing and therefore she is treated with respect and care, and trained with the intent to make her into a weapon used to battle against her master's enemies.

The common people call them Fire Dancers, but to those battling her fire storms she is known as the Storm Bringer.
