Description YAY my very first fan art picture for 's fanfic called Reflections. It's also my very first picture lined and coloured in photoshop. I've been working.....slowly.... on getting this one put together for about.....6 months now, under the tutorship of my Original.

This is my picture of Luke and Asch, who are actually brothers in Reflections, teasing each other on a hill apparently. My background is a little pathetic, but I'm still not sure how to really make a real background and based on the perspective of the sky and the grass, they are definitely on a hill *nods*. And for some reason some of the grass is blue....I'm not sure why....I blame fonon contamination *shifty eyes* But the shiny tool (dodge tool) is WAY too much fun. I think I may have gone a little over board with it ^^' but I still think that their hair looks pretty.

As I'm totally all up for critiques and comments about how to get better. I currently have little idea of what I'm doing when I'm messing around in the program or shading. Your imput will be greatly appreciated ^^

I JUST ABOUT CRIED WHEN I SAW THIS!!!!! I LOVEEEEEEEE THAT STORY! i'm almost done i'm on chapter 45 OMG! i actuall love this story and ur pic reflects it sooooo well! With the clothes and the hair and *DIES* ME WANTS UR DRAWING SKILLS!!!!!!! XD!

LOL Well thank you so much! I still want to get better using photoshop but it's a start ^^

Reflections is made of cake and win; I totally agree that it's so awesome! OOOO chapter 45, your coming along and almost caught up ^^ I won't say anything that's going to spoil anything for you but does a fantastic job changing the story line to match her AU. I take it you've played the game all the way through?

I see, I see. It's all good though, cause Reflections is written really well so you don't have to have played the game to follow around and know what's happening ^^ And trust me, I've played the game, but when I try to think of the canon plot or watch the anime I keep going "that's not how it happens....wait....yes it is....Reflections it doesn't". That fic is totally replacing the entire game story for me. It's AWESOME!!!!!!!!

I think it's great actually. It's a solid technique that with a bit of shading would looking really realistic, but that would be odd considering the rest of the pic's still. I think it's the perfect blend of realistic volume with animated style.

Great job on the clothing too!

Thanks! ^^ I really did have fun trying to get the hair to have depth and shine to it...cause let's face it, I love Luke and Asch's hair

I reflections too. I love how Darkangel writes and how she portrays the characters.

LOL YAY! I actually got it done!

I'm not too disappointed in the shading. I think it came out alright (except for the fact that there is a light source coming form everywhere and no where all at once ^^' ) It's my background that is probably the most disappointing. It's so.....pathetic lol. But I am super happy that I actually finished it

At least you put some effort into having a proper background. None of my art has backgrounds of any sort...so you still beat me there.

thanks ^^. I had way to much fun with the hair. I was experimenting with putting some purple shading into Asch's hair and I think it gave his hair a bit more depth.

I love Reflections too. I'm terrible for completely replacing the original canon plot with Reflections plot. I keep thinking "wait... that's not how it's supposed to go"

lol I think that's what makes it so fun. It doesn't do what you expect it to. Mind you I would probably be doing what you're doing, except that I've been helping Darkangel to plan Reflections out for the last almost two year lol ^^'

weeeeeeee I love it - you did such an amazing job! The hair is gorgeous, and I have no idea what you're talking about - the background is awesome~ The grass has some interesting colours but so what? If teh world of abyss can have Pseudomonas - it can have some off-colour grass hahaha! Lol I'm glad that it turned out as well as it did. hehehehe Yeah I guess that if pseudomonas can still cause serious problems, then this random hill can have a few oddly coloured strands of grass ^^'

I'm just so happy that I got it finished. I've been so lazy and sitting on this one for WAY too long. And randomly while walking back from campus I felt I needed to do the background. *shrugs* that's what submitting applications will do to you I guess
