I really am liking the long neck thing. Don't know why exactly, but I guess it just adds to her insanity! >

Also, her eyes are really cool! I love the contrast between the brightness in them and the muted tones of the rest of the picture. :3

The coloring and style are cute, but the neck is a bit long. I'd reccomend cropping it a little bit. Other than that, it looks nice.
