Played American McGee's Grimm for a bit, it's an amazing game. It's worth sinking time into it just to watch how every object turns dark and twisted. That guy is a genius. First Alice, and now this.

So what's the story? A young girl and her friends are playing in a graveyard at night, causing trouble and just being generally little bastards. The girl accidentally wakes up a monster, who eats all of her friends. Since she was the one to wake it, it becomes bound to her through chains.

So basically the whole story is about this little girl being tortured by this monster. The monster causes shit and the girl gets blamed for it. Anytime someone is around it reverts to a creepy black dog. Oh, and the chain between them is slowly shortening. When it disappears completely the monster will eat the girl, too.

I had fun making the monster, but the chains were a pain in the ass. You can tell where I lost patience and rushed through them.
