Description
Semester project in which I had to design a small apartment building, I place most of the info on the submission. And even tho the project was already presented, I do plan on finishing it up and maybe including some renders of the actual apartments and circulations but this provides a general overview.

As you can probably see, I'm not very good at renders, I mean I think the building looks alright but I just didnt have the time to make the entire context which is why it looks as if the building was treated as an object without regard of the context, but it was, altho the project has an emphasis on creating private areas for each apartment, hence the gardens and the pool area on top, which is actually divided in two, the larger pool section and a smaller one behind the two volumes on top, one of which is the stair/elevator core.
