Whoaaa! O.O That looks so badass!
God damn, those eyes look so freakin' cool! They have this glow in them and that misty aura flowing out, and combined with that pissed expression, she looks like she means business.
Plus I have to say, that shading looks wonderful as well. So paintingy! And in the places like the hair or ears, it looks especially good!
And a very nice frame too! Would make a great poster. But... why does her hair look... kinda wet? Seems like somebody threw some water at her and now she's angry about it.

I want it to be raining when Noir's gonna get ahold of some crazy magic powers so foreshadowing is foreshadowing for whatever small shit of a detail I want >:]

But the water.... the water is inspirational > aaaaaa gotta do some rewriting quick!
