Superheroine of independent Las Vegas. Her mother wore the mantle of Roulette, the lady of fortune, prior to her. She took up the identity after her mothers heroic death during the Zil war, and has ever since been the face of Vegas. Armed with her lucky revolvers and incredible trick shooting skills, as well as numerous gadgets themed after games of chance. She has worked with both Krieg and Outlaw numerous times.She is also quite the gambler, she sometimes does not know when to quit.
