MY CAFE LATTE

I made this today for my mother after we returned from shopping and it was very hot outside, for her...actually for me it's normal warm weather after i am used to mediterranean summer at the city where i am at university.

So for a glass you need:
freshly made coffee (around 1/2 dl)
2dl cold milk
2 ice cubes
some sugar and honey
whipped cream
granulated cocoa

You put the coffee in a tall glass and mix with some sugar or honey according to your prefereces, pour cold milk over it and don't mix...then put the ice cubes and some whipped cream. Decorate the cream with some honey and granulated cocoa. I served the cafe latte with two amaretto cookies.
Enjoy! It's so great for warm summer afternoons
