This is a watercolor I did for the group Owlies-Inc's Owl-ify yourself contest. I kind of see myself as a contented little Great Horned Owl and I hope it comes off that way in the image!Related content

Wow!!! Your style is unique and so excellent! I love the way you left the lower portion open trusting the viewer to fill in in in their mind. Sophisticated technique! Your use of negative space is great. And I love the soft tone surrounding the owl too. His facial expression is so lovable! What a great piece!
