And so this is christmas...And what have you done?

My family always has the perfect christmas, with everything you can think of. This year was also perfect like all others.
But for some reason this is how I felt. Like I was staring at christmas from afar and smoking a cigarette.
It was like 8 in the morning when I drew this, half awake after going to bed hungover. I'm kinda moody .-.
Anyway, this is Adrian, my OC. He's homeless, so I guess he'd be the perfect person to be in this pic.

He's homeless? Christmas always looks different from the streets. A cigarette is as good as a yule log when your out in the cold.

Yeah .-. He chose to live on the streets than to live with his mom's fucked boyfriend in a trailer.
That was very graphic, what you said about the cigarette. I think about it all the time since I've written Adrian... What happens to the homeless when it rains? When it snows?
Makes us feel glad to have a roof over our heads.

Ah. He got dealt a very bad hand. funny though, I know what its like to be in that exact situation XD. So I feel I'm able to say I get where he's coming from.
I derive even more feelings for this now
