Made a small break from doing icons and spent the time with doing some charsheets for the maincharas of my comic. At the moment i’m sketching Synastras’
Let’s start with Kaeroth, Synastras son, Crownprince of the red tribe and Aaroks greatest foe. First time i’d ever drawn him and i like how he came out.

Personality:
- Reckless, heartless, fearless xD
- wants to become stronger and stronger
- sinister and enduring
- ... hmm maybe more soon

Little backgroundstory:

Red dragons have got a quiet macabre ritual to choose who will become the next king/queen. After their children hatched, the royal pair leaves them alone for several days. They return with food just for one child. Nearly starving, all young dragons start to fight against each other and the last one who survives will become the future ruler of the tribe.
Kaeroth was the smallest one, compared to his six siblings but maybe this was also his greatest advantage. While the others fought for their lives, he hide hisself under two rocks, without being noticed.
As his last two sisters killed each other he crawled back into the nest, still scared from the things he had seen before.

In the following years he was trained by the strongest red dragons of his tribe. Nothing left from the weak, small child he once was. Successful in every fight, created the opinion that nobody could defeat him.
As young adult he finally got the chance to prove his parents how strong he had become, he accompanied them the eleminate the black tribe.
The returning survivours were celebrated as great heroes, Kaeroth was under them and felt superiour.

This was a glorious time, the red dragons expanded their territory wide over the borders of the brown dragons. But after a century their mood suddenly changed, as a young black dragon was spotted near the border. No one else than the glorious Kaeroth asked his father for permission to get rid of this little problem.
Some days later, he encountered Aarok and his elvish companion, thought that it would be an easy game to take them down.
Kaeroth ignored his defence and also the fact that fear can be a mighty ally. Aarok was much swifter than the red had imagined. In an enduring airbattle both were suddenly blended by a sunray. Aarok was no good in flyer tried his best to stay in the air and finally collided with Kaeroth. His claws scratched over the reds frontleg, while Jessicas’ sword cut from his shoulder in his membrane. Unable to fly, Kaeroth fell down in the trees, hurt and enraged. Nobody ever dared to injure him, and he thirsted for revenge. But as he came back Aarok was already gone.
Few days later he heard that the two made it to Queen Azkas halls, a refuge no red dragon would dare to enter.

Everything returned to normal, for years Kaeroth trained new dragons and fought for his parents and his tribe, until the day as Aarok killed his father.
He couldn’t imagine that the last black dragon would cause so much trouble. After the attack on the Golden City together with his mother, Kaeroth eager tried to become stronger and stronger.
Today he ist still inferiour to his mom but everyone knows that he just waits for the right moment to take her down and get the command over the reds...

Eh again such a long story...hope i didn’t made so many time mistakes . And for all who ask, well didn’t he have a rider ? Yep at first he had but now i don’t like this idea anymore, hes such a powerful dragon, he would never allow someone to sit on his back.
